01Purpose and Scope

The parking operator uses automated license plate recognition (ALPR/LPR) technology to assist with parking management, access control, payment verification, parking enforcement, and property security at participating locations.

Access shall be controlled through individual user credentials, role-based permissions, and system access logs where supported.

The designated privacy administrator shall periodically review access permissions, system activity, and compliance with this policy.

Suspected unauthorized access or security incidents shall be investigated and addressed in accordance with applicable law.

06Data Sharing and Disclosure

ALPR information may be disclosed to authorized parking technology providers, payment processors, property representatives, and enforcement service providers only when reasonably necessary for an authorized purpose and subject to appropriate safeguards.

Information may also be disclosed when required or otherwise permitted by applicable law.

ALPR information shall not be sold or disclosed for unrelated advertising or marketing purposes.

07Data Accuracy and Disputes

Automated plate recognition may produce incorrect or incomplete results.

Before taking consequential enforcement action, authorized personnel shall review relevant available records and investigate reasonable indications of an error.

Individuals may contact the operator to dispute a parking record or request correction of inaccurate information.

Verified errors shall be corrected where technically feasible and appropriate.

08Data Retention and Deletion

Routine ALPR information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the authorized purposes described in this policy.
